Brochures

Op de site van Fenac ​https://www.fenac.nl/brochures/brochures.html (geheime site) staan brochures. De workflow voor het bijhouden van de brochures is gedeeld door Joris.

Het idee is individuele links naar de brochures maken die ook volgbaar zijn (via ​https://www.rebrandly.com/). Details hier over zijn bekend bij Joris (jorisnachtwacht@…, 0641056179).

Bijhouden brochures

1. Word bestand aanpassen
2. PDF van het Word bestand printen
   De brochures zijn in InDesign opgemaakt door de drukker. Voorlopig zal de drukker telkens een nieuwe PDF moeten maken op basis van het Word bestand.
3. PDF bestand in map brochures zetten:
   Bijvoorbeeld: C:\brochures\brochures\01_BabyHoortNietGoed.pdf
   Graag exact dezelfde naam gebruiken (overschrijven van het bestand) en dan blijven alle links intact.
4. Het bestand/de map uploaden naar de webhosting:
   Start WinSCP en log in op fenac.nl, open map /srv/www/static/brochures/brochures/ en plaats daar het PDF bestand.

Geavanceerd – namen/links van PDF aanpassen

1. De overzichtspagina brochures.html wijst door naar individuele .html files
   01_BabyHoortNietGoed_9-12-2019.html
2. De rebrandly deeplinks wijzen ook door naar die invididuele .html files
3. De html file (01_BabyHoortNietGoed_9-12-2019.html) verwijst naar de brochure PDF: <script>var pdf_file = 'brochures/01_BabyHoortNietGoed.pdf';</script> en laadt deze op een manier die printen/downloaden van de Pdf voorkomt.
